VENDOR OPTIONS

Hydroponics at Mock's GreenhouseWe have two vendor category options available. The first option is to test the market by selling out of our Coop booth for the short term. This option requires very little except to make your request and get approval. If things go well and you would like to continue, you can apply to become a full vendor. You will need to complete an application and submit it to the Farmers Market Board for their consideration. You will need to get certification from the WVU Extension Agent that you produce the items indicated in the contract and provide a vendor profile. Ideally, this should be done before mid-December. Approved Market vendors will then complete and sign a contract each year. Forms and additional information is available at the Morgan County Extension Office located at 129 Fairfax Street in Berkeley Springs. Phone number is 258-8400.

  • The Market shall be known as the Berkeley Springs Farmers Market and shall be located on the south lane of Fairfax Street (between Washington Street and Mercer Street) and adjacent parking lots in downtown Berkeley Springs.
  • The Market shall be open from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. every Sunday from the last Sunday in April through the last Sunday in October (with the exception of Apple Butter Festival weekend).
